Chapter 40B, subdivision approval, condominium development and the local permitting for a one hundred million dollar electrical generating power plant; drafted and obtained passage of municipal By-law changes to allow clients to develop land for new uses including assisted living facilities; represented clients on permitting, and development, financing and sales of several affordable housing projects including local and state permitting, MHFA subsidy financing, and drafting complex phased, condominium documents, and homeowner association documents; litigation experience involving title matters, property boundary disputes and various aspects of real estate and land use development issues.
